New Ownership
After the passing of our founder, Mr Dudley, Mrs Dudley
sold Bag-A-Nut to her grandson, Caleb Dudley who
became the CEO. Part ownership also went to Gary
Dudley as vice President (her son) and Sandy
Whitehead as President (a long-time employee & friend.)
Caleb has inherited his inventiveness and entrepreneurship
from his grandfather, ensuring that Bag-A-Nut will
continue to thrive and evolve with constantly improving
as well as new, innovative products.
Some of the changes already instituted are installing a comprehensive database which covers financial, manufacturing and inventory; a completely new website as well as a completely new logo and promotion literature.
